We currently provide shipping services to customers in the United States (US) and the European Union (EU). We are working hard to expand to more regions in the future!
Our standard delivery time includes two stages:
Production Time: 3 – 4 business days.
Shipping Time: 7 – 12 business days (via UPS/USPS for US orders and DHL for EU orders).
Please note: During peak holiday seasons, the total delivery time may increase by an additional 2-3 days due to high volume.
To ensure your items arrive safely and to prevent damage during transit, we may split your order into separate packages.
Please rest assured that all your items will arrive. If you receive one package first, the others are likely just a day or two behind!

Personalization (Pet Name, Photo, etc.): Must be updated within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Address: Can be updated within 3 days of placing the order.

You can track your order status directly via our tracking page here: Track Your Order (You will need your Order ID and Email).
Additionally, once your order is packed and shipped, our system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey immediately.
