ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders is permitted until the production process begins. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the production and packaging process begins, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Each of our metal signs is crafted to reflect your individual taste. Given the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a no-return policy once an item has been purchased.

REFUNDS

  • Errors made by customers, such as incorrect size, style, or color selection, as well as making typographical mistakes in the names of customized products.
  • Discontent with the product based on personal taste.
  • Delivery issues caused by customer-provided incorrect shipping details, lost parcels post-delivery, or refusal of parcel receipt.
  • Orders affected by extraordinary events beyond Wallily’s control, such as customs hold-ups or natural disasters.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wallily
