Wallily (https://wallily.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and fulfillment partners to do the same. We strictly prohibit the sale of counterfeit products, unauthorized copyrighted materials, or any items that infringe upon third-party trademarks.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Wallily will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Wallily website that are reported to our Designated Legal Team identified below.

1. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (DMCA CLAIM)

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our support team.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Wallily will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

To file a DMCA infringement notice with Wallily, please provide an email containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g., a link to your original design, artwork, or registration certificate).

  2. Identification of the material on Wallily that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it on the website (please provide the specific URL of the product page).

  3. Your professional contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

  6. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

2. TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT NOTICE

If you believe a product listed on Wallily infringes upon your registered trademark right, please send an email to info@wallily.com with the trademark registration number, the country of registration, the category of goods, and the specific URLs of the infringing products on our store.

We will investigate the matter promptly and restrict access to the material if a clear infringement is verified.

3. OUR COMPLIANCE AND TAKEDOWN PROCESS

Once a valid DMCA or Trademark notice is received, Wallily’s legal team will:

  • Immediately review the submission within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing product listings.

  • Contact our manufacturing and fulfillment suppliers to ensure the design is permanently removed from our production line.

Wallily reserves the right to terminate access to the service or cancel orders associated with any supplier or user who repeatedly engages in the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted or trademarked assets.
